Made a trip to Bali, Indonesia. It was a three days trip with my colleagues, the two of us stayed in Kuta and we opted to stay in Tune Hotel. If you are really on a budget trip please do not decide to stay at the Tune Hotel, that’s my own opinion. There are tons of other budget hotel or motel you could stay.
First day arrived, we walked along the Kuta beach took some picture and had some awesome Indonesian rojak. The sauce is a combination of sweet, sour, spicy and salty, but really delicious.

After walking around the beach, and doing some shopping, it was time for dinner, we had Nasi Padang. The cuisine is usually cooked once a day, and in stalls, customers choose from the dishes which are left out on display in the window of the Padang restaurant. The chosen dishes are then directly served on steamed rice or on a separate small dish.
The bigger Nasi Padang joints or restaurants, customers are being seated, and immediately small dishes filled with highly-flavoured food are served directly on the table. Customers then take and pay for what they have touched and eaten.
Some of the common Nasi Padang dishes are; beef rendang, curried fish, stewed greens, chili, eggplant, curried beef liver, fried chicken and the list can go on.
After our meal, we walked around Kuta again.
We then stopped at a night club to experience the night life in Bali before going back to the hotel.
